Colin McAlpin Enterprises Inc. takes your privacy seriously. Please review the steps that we take to ensure your privacy and security and to give you the best user experience as you use our web site.

There are two types of information collected: Personally identifiable information and aggregated Web site information.
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you as an individual (eg. your name, email address, street address, and telephone number). Web site information is aggregated information collected as you and other users browse our web site.
When you register for our products or newsletters you provide us with information about yourself. Registration information you submit is transferred to us via a Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL), which encrypts the data to make it more secure.
Choice to Subscribe or Unsubscribe
If you choose to provide us with your email address, we may at times email you information and/or offers we think you might find useful. If, at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please click on the unsubscribe link included in every email we send out. We will discontinue sending you messages.
Credit Card Information
We do not collect or store any credit card information. We use PayPal, a secure third party vendor, to process payments. They do not share any of your credit card information with us. They do notify us when your payment is processed successfully.
Access to your Personal Information
You can access and update your personal information by logging into your account.
Aggregated Web site Information
Like many other Web sites, we may use “cookie” technology to track or record information about our web site visitors. We require the use of “cookie” technology in order to present the correct information to users as they move from screen to screen. For example, among other things, a cookie may store your login information so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit the site. Browsers are usually set to accept cookies. Users who choose to disable their web browser’s ability to accept cookies may not be able to successfully use our service. Cookies along with web server log files, help to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting the site and which parts of the site are most popular. We may use this information to analyze trends and statistics and to improve the web site for our clients.
Your IP address is a number used by computers on the network to identify your computer each time you are connected to the Internet. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server so that data you request can be sent to you.
Third Party Sites
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We do not store credit card information in our systems.
Changes in Ownership
In the event that the web site is acquired, your data may be considered part of the assets that are transferred.
Legally Compelled Disclosure
We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information when legally compelled to do so. We may also disclose information when we believe, in good faith, that disclosing this information is necessary to bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Service or to protect the safety of our users and the Public.
This policy was created November 21, 2013.
